Brookhaven covers 531 square miles — that is bigger than Nassau County total — with dozens of hamlets and several incorporated villages inside it. We cover them all.
North Shore Brookhaven: Port Jefferson, Port Jefferson Station, Setauket, Stony Brook, Sound Beach, Rocky Point, Miller Place. Larger older homes, many with historic electrical systems and 100-amp services ripe for upgrade.
Central Brookhaven: Coram, Selden, Farmingville, Medford, Yaphank, Middle Island, Centereach. 1970s-90s tract homes, mostly on 100-amp or 150-amp service, heavy EV charger and generator demand.
South Shore Brookhaven: Patchogue, East Patchogue, Bellport, Brookhaven hamlet, Mastic, Shirley, Moriches, Center Moriches, Manorville. Post-Sandy rebuilds, salt air near the bay, barrier island considerations.
East End Brookhaven: Yaphank, Calverton edge, Wading River. Rural lots, larger properties, often propane instead of natural gas on generator jobs.
What We Do Here
Panel upgrades are our highest-volume Brookhaven job. The 1970s-80s housing stock across Coram, Selden, and Farmingville is aging into panel replacement territory. Federal Pacific and Zinsco panels are still common. A 200-amp upgrade on a typical Brookhaven home runs $3,500-$5,500 turnkey.

Incorporated villages inside Brookhaven (Patchogue village, Bellport village, Port Jefferson village, Belle Terre, Old Field, Poquott, Shoreham, Lake Grove) have their own village building departments with separate permit rules. We know which addresses fall in villages and handle both the village and town paperwork as needed.
